Our visit here was pretty random. While driving south on I-5, my wife and I were ready for lunch. The traffic was backing up on the highway, so we turned off into the town of Wilsonville. We found Zoup! Talk about exceeding expectations!
I had lobster bisque soup and a turkey and bacon club sandwich. My wife had chicken tortilla soup and a veggie wrap. We could not have asked for a better meal.
The service at Zoup! is outstanding, too. Unfortunately, I live more than 650 south of here, so the chances of getting back here for another lunch are highly unlikely in the near future. A lunch-stop at Zoup! will most definitely be included on our next drive up I-5 to Seattle. -

Very overly expensive food for what I got. Obviously not high quality ingredients and small portions for a high price. I've gotten higher quality food for much cheaper at other sandwich and salad places.

Soup! Lol. Good soup, taster cups you try it first? That is cool. The soup was good, the sandwich was good, the bread was good, the staff friendly, the place clean. 5 stars is for awesome outstanding gotta go back! Zoup is good, will definitely go back.

Delicious had the mushroom barley cup and bowl of gazpacho. Mushroom barley had big chunks of mushrooms; good balance. Gazpacho was cold; too salty for me. Spicy and sour.
Very difficult to do soup restaurants. Incredible variety. Has to be as good if not better than the soup nazi. Healthier than fried food. Nobody serves cooked food anymore because of cost and profit
Signature item is lobster bisque. Can taste the big chunks of lobster in it. Nobody makes it for this price.
